Rufus
Beagle × Labrador Retriever
We have had Rufus since he was a puppy, and he's the best dog we've ever had. We're hoping to find him a mate to bring a puppy home for him to help train in his later years. He's a smart boy, I often have people asking me how I trained him so well to get him to be such a good boy, but I have to be honest and say he was the easiest dog I've ever had to train. From potty training, to tricks, to breaking bad habits (aside from jumping up to greet you, we've never been able to break him of that, he just gets so excited when you get home haha), to learning to live with cats after his first 6 years of life never seeing one. He's kind and a lover, and we would love to have him help bring up a puppy to be just like him.
