About Toby
Toby is such an affectionate doggy. At first he is scared of anyone but once you pet him he will get attached to you fast. He was for free due to flea infestation and matting. He is a bichon frise and is 2 yrs old, the previous owners never had time for him, no one was wanting to adopt him so i offered to give him a haircut due to the severe amount of fleas. He is like the size of a chihuahua hes very small and doesn’t weigh anything. I unfortunately live with my in-laws and we already have two other dogs and they’re not seeming to get along with him but he doesn’t mind them he’s really really friendly just really fragile but he just wants and deserves so much love. In the following video is him when i picked him up like about 3 days ago and the pictures is him right now shaved down due to matting and flea infestation.
