Teddy thinks everyone and every animal is his best friend. He loves to play with our other two dogs, Luna and Nugget, and my two kids. He tries to play with our two cats, Izzy and Rooster, but they still haven't warmed up to him much to his dismay. He has a lot of energy but can be the biggest snuggle bug.
