This handsome boy is Manny. He’s located in NJ. He is a pit bull mix & is about 4 years old. We rescued him in October after he spent two long years at a local Animal Shelter. We’ve done everything we could to give him a loving home, but sadly, it’s not a good fit and we want to ensure he finds a home where he can thrive. Manny is a sweet and loyal dog, especially with women. He can be very protective and on guard around men, which is part of why we need to find him a more suitable home. With me, he’s an absolute cuddle bug who loves playing fetch, going for walks, snacking, and just being close by. Because of his protective nature, he would do best in a female-only home preferably with no other animals or young children. Or if you’re able & willing to pursue behavior training, which unfortunately, isnt an option for us right now. He has so much love to give, and I know he would be the perfect companion for the right person. Manny is up-to-date on all of his vaccinations, microchipped, and has no health issues. He is neutered & is house-trained. I have all of his medical records available to share. We did reach out to the shelter to see if they could take him back, but we were told that if he returned, he would likely be euthanized due to his protective behaviors with men (i shared with them that he was aggressive & lunged at a male family member). We also reached out to several local rescues who were also unable to take him.We are absolutely heartbroken by this and are desperate to find him a safe and loving home where he can be himself. I just adopted Hank less than a week ago. He is an amazing dog. He needs a little leash work. Super kid and people friendly. He decided he doesn't like my dog. Tried to return him. He's a great dog. He is massive amd strong. He is like a bear. So great other than he is not good with other dogs.

Baloo is a sweet and handsome red shar pei whom I have been fostering. He needs a new home as I cannot keep him long term; I have other dogs and cannot afford to keep sweet Baloo. He has a history of immunizations - however, I have no access to records. He has not been neutered. I am willing to release Baloo for free to the right person - someone who has a yard and would give him a loving home. Baloo is potty trained but is not leash trained. He is a smart boy but very timid; he requires a gentle and patient person who is willing to give him time to warm up. He has been around my grands who are 11 and 8; he does very well- he is just timid. He tends to be submissive with other dogs. He has never been around cats so I can’t say how he would behave but in general Shar Peis do not do well with cats or other same gender dogs. My dogs are females and he is very good with them - submissive and sweet.
