Niko was the pick of a gorgeous litter. He was the second largest, but chosen because he had the best combination of spunky energy and a gentleness. Today, those things are still his defining qualities. Niko is very intelligent and disciplined. Training him has been a breeze and the familiar aspects of golden retriever working dog qualities show through in both his tendency to be a bird dog and eater rescue dog. But by far! Niko’s greatest quality is his never ending ability to love, comfort and support. He has been called an angel among golden retrievers.
