Lucky
American PitBull Terrier × Labrador Retriever
🐶 Re-Homing Pit/Lab Mix Pup “Lucky” – Active, Understanding Home Needed Meet Lucky, a 9-month-old Pit Bull / Labrador mix weighing approximately 65–75 lbs. He was abandoned at around 10 weeks old, and we later learned his littermates did not survive. Despite this difficult start, Lucky is a loving, loyal, and affectionate pup. Lucky is still very much a puppy — high energy, playful, and eager to learn. He is almost house-trained, understands basic commands, and does best with structure and routine. Due to his early experiences, Lucky does show some separation anxiety. He bonds closely with his people and does best in a home where someone is around often or willing to work with him patiently using training, consistency, and reassurance. With the right environment, this can greatly improve. Lucky: ✔️ Gets along with other dogs ✔️ Has been around cats (may bark but has never harmed any) ✔️ Plays rough — no small children recommended ✔️ Needs continued training and regular exercise This re-homing is being done for the well-being of my 70-year-old mother, as Lucky needs more time, activity, and training than she can safely provide. We are looking for a responsible, committed adopter who understands young dogs and is willing to give Lucky the love, patience, and stability he deserves.
