However, when I went out of town and asked my sister to look after Ace, he changed his behavior after just one day with her cat—he started trying to mate with her. He is the only cat in the house and does not socialize with other pets. When he saw my brother’s dogs, he hissed at them as well. Ace keeps to himself, eats and drinks when he wants, and is very good about using the litter box.
