Mia
American PitBull Terrier
Mia female, spayed, estimated to be 4 years old *ππππ¬π¨π§ ππ¨π« π«ππ‘π¨π¦π’π§π :* My sister is trying to rehome her dog due to work constraints. She now travels for work and can no longer care for Mia. Iβm looking after Mia temporarily until she finds a good home. I personally do not have the time, space, or desire to fully commit to a dog at this point in time, otherwise I would absolutely keep Mia myself. β£ β£ *ππππ€π¬ππ¨π«π²:* Mia was found as a starving stray in a parking lot by a family friend. They took care of her for a few months but made the decision to rehome Mia after a series of chicken killings. My sister offered to take Mia in and did so for a year or two. Iβve only been looking after Mia for a few weeks.β£ β£ *πππππ’π₯ππ π’π§ππ¨ π¨π§ πππ‘ππ―π’π¨π«:*β£ Mia LOVES people! She plays very gently with people and children. She brings back toys and presents them to you so she can fetch them. Her absolute favorite thing to do is play fetch and her favorite toy of choice are balls πΎ! Mia also loves car rides and would make for a great travel companion π.β£ β£ Sheβs really sweet and can be cuddly, but will respect your space if need be. She can be left alone for long periods of timeβ she doesnβt destroy furniture and isnβt destructive by nature. Sheβs very quiet indoors as long as she doesnβt see other animals close to the home/on TV. β£ β£ Mia likes watching cartoons, but has a preference for SpongeBob. She gets extremely vocal and excited if she sees dogs or prey animals on TV πΊ. β£ β£ Mia is fully house trained. She knows basic βsit,β βstay,β and βcome hereβ commands. She is currently not allowed on furniture although she was allowed in prior households and recognizes the βdownβ command. She understands βoutβ and is not allowed in the kitchen. β£ β£ If she sees another animal, she gets extremely vocal and excited. Although Mia has met/lived with multiple dogs, she can be a bully and overcorrects dogs often. Her overcorrections have never escalated to a bite before, but this could be due to the dogs being more submissive to her. She has never displayed aggression with small puppies, but given her size, she should not be housed in a home that only has small dogs. She enjoys playing tug of war with other dogs πΆ πͺ’πΆ . β£ β£ Mia has lived with a cat and did not have any issues. However, the cat was uninterested in dogs, so I would say Mia has limited exposure to cats π±. Mia cannot be housed with birds, she will kill them π.β£ β£ Mia is going to thrive in a home either with NO dogs OR dogs close to her size/bigger that can read her body language. Although she prefers people, Mia genuinely enjoys playing with other dogs once acclimated to them. Her ideal play buddy is a calm dog who doesnβt immediately invade her space/overwhelm her. Mia prefers to approach first. β£ β£ We feel that Mia could also be a fantastic hunting/birding dog if trained properly considering her prey drive.β£ β£ *ππ‘π ππ¨π¦ππ¬ π°π’ππ‘:*β£ - brand new crateβ£ - brand new dog bedβ£ - several squeaky toys and ballsβ£ - big bag of dog foodβ£ - brand new dog bowlsβ£ - a collar and leashβ£ β£ She is fully vaccinated and spayed, but not microchipped.

Beast
Siberian Husky
Beast is a fun loving Siberian husky thatβs great with kids of all ages and other dogs, unsure how he is with cats. We are having to rehome because we have two very young children and about to welcome a third and havenβt been able to give him the attention he deserves. We do have all of the paper work and records for him but it is currently in storage as I just got out of the military.
