she was raised around 2 cats till she was about 7 months old. Since then, she’s been by herself. She LOVES toys but she destroys them remarkably fast. She is very energetic. She doesn’t know any tricks other than maybe 10% sit lol. She is weary of things larger than her or that makes a snapping sounds like tongs, hair straighteners, etc. she likes to dress up in simple dresses and shirts. She loves soft blankets and wants to be under one to sleep. Because she’s part whippet, she tends to be pink and can sun burn quite fast. She curls up into a ball like a cat. She is heavy but she loves to be carried! she dreams of being a lap dog despite her size lol. She just wants to be loved and to have a friend.

Originally trained to be a service dog, Ruby’s big heart wasn’t a fan of vets or groomers — but don’t worry, she’s low-maintenance and adores hopping in the shower with her human! Nugget is very playful, and very affectionate. He loves people, and he’s very sweet. He’s not nurtured or vaccinated simply because we cannot afford it. I just recently had a baby, and don’t have as much time or money to care for him anymore, which is why we’re looking for a new home for him.
