Roscoe is a big cuddle bug. He wants to be by your side as much as possible. He's great with adults and cats but would do best in a child free and otherwise dog free home. He's house trained, knows basic commands, walks well on a leash and is generally well behaved. He loves playing with toys and also enjoys being a couch potato. He does have some separation anxiety issues when left alone, so if you work from home, are retired, or you're willing to work on training for his anxiety, that would be best. He's also had some resource guarding issues with our toddler, so no small children, but he's great with adults doesn't exhibit these same behaviors with adults.

Meet Coco Chanel an 11-year young purebred American Bully with playful heart of a pup. I adopted her at 7yo; she's been my sweet loyal sidekick ever since. She's crate and potty trained but need somebody who's experienced and knows and understands the breed. Miss Coco loves her humans but as with most she not compatible with small animals. She's incredibly affectionate and joys belly rub snuggles and simply being near her people. Her calm demeanor makes her a joy to live with and her playful bursts of energy are always entertaining. This is one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make I'm only getting rid of her because my HOA is forcing me to. I've exhausted every financial aspect of trying to keep her. She is truly one of the greatest dogs and anyone would be lucky to have her. She is eager to please & understands: sit, stay and down. He’s a great guard dog warns owner if someone is close to the house. Love to play fetch. House and outside dog loves to sleep close by for protection. Not hyper active real chill can be trained to do other things fast learner. Loves showing you attention.
