About Koa
Koa is a well natured Shiba x Alaskan Malamute cross. Being only 1 year and 5 months old she’s still full of energy. She can be very stubborn at times but is very much a people pleaser. She’ll always be in the same room as you in your home. She’s up to date with vaccinations and treatments. She’s house trained but not a fan of her crate. Needs some lead training as she pulls and likes to try escape from her harness! She is not sprayed.

She is very gentle with kids and cats, loves other dogs, she is a bit fearful of bigger dogs but if patient she will become friends quickly. She is well behaved indoors, no accidents, no unwanted chewing. Knows basic commands and manners. Only rehoming due to husband being very allergic to her.

My 8-year-old child got the puppy, but we have found we do not have enough time to give it the attention, training, and socialization a young Shiba Inu needs to thrive. We are looking for an owner who understands the breed's needs and can dedicate the time with him.

Ohana is a sweet lovable little baby . She does come from an abusive background so she does require more loving attention than most . She was abandoned by her owner, we do not have the resources to keep caring for her unfortunately . She was bought as a puppy from Illinois, my friend took her in after finding her heavily malnourished by the owner before . We have been taking care of her for the past two months since said friend ran into financial issues, but ended up ghosting us & abandoning her . We have a 10 month old & another dog she does not get along with . She had her last shots done April 2025 as well .
