She is energetic and friendly sometimes but also very laid back and calm. She can be protective of the people she stays with and will only bark if she feels threatened. She loves to be outside as most Shiba Inu dogs live outside in the mountain.

Benson is a very happy, playful, but yet independent puppy. He has a great time playing with adults and kids, but does not mind spending alone time enjoying his own toys. He is an extremely fast learner, as he catches on to routines quickly and is showing a great deal of progress with potty training.
