He is highly intelligent and easy to train. He has never shown aggression of any kind, even around food, yet he is very protective of female handlers and children, using himself as a barrier between them and perceived threats. A DNA test revealed 19 breeds (he is a gteat american mutthound) but a perfectly clear bill of health with zero detectable genetic susceptibility to disease. He is very athletic, easily running for miles, swimming, and jumping (up to 8 feet in the air from a standstill!). As a service dog, he regularly walks upwards of 5 miles a day with his handler Pedro is a great dog. He is a great family dog and I'm sure his pups would be too. No stud fee, we ask for pick of the litter.
