Life hasn’t always been easy for Maverick, and as a result, he struggles with anxiety, especially in new environments or when left alone for too long. But once he bonds with you, he’s fiercely loyal and never far from your side. Mav thrives in a calm, structured environment and needs a patient, experienced adopter who understands that trust takes time. But the reward? A companion who will love you deeply, greet you like a hero every time you walk through the door, and stick by you through thick and thin. This boy has energy to burn and would do best in a home with a large, secure yard where he can run, play, and explore safely. He’s not a fan of long hours alone—Maverick really flourishes when he has company and a routine.
