Juno - Male Puppy German Shepherd for Adoption in Contra Costa County, CA

I am looking to rehome my 5-year-old female German Shepherd (turns 6 in April). This decision wasn’t easy, but due to me furthering my college education and entering a medical program, I no longer have the time she deserves. She is not spayed, healthy, and fully potty trained. She knows basic commands including sit, stay, shake, and lay down. She has a medium energy level—very active when outside, but calm indoors if she has a place to relax. She is great with kids but does not do well with other dogs or cats, so she needs to be the only pet. She is protective and loyal, will bark at strangers in the yard, and jumps very high when excited, so a secure yard and continued training are important. She is not aggressive and has no medical issues. She gets nervous during baths but will still allow you to bathe her with patience. I’m hoping to find her a loving home with yard space, secure fencing, and no other pets, with someone who understands the breed and can give her the time and care she deserves. Unfortunately due to health I am not able to take care of my sweet baby. she loves to play fetch she comes with her toys, bedding and food and papers!! she is trained to sit, and potty trained. shes great with kids and other animals.

Brownie is friendly and affectionate, knowing how to sit, stay still and potty trained. He is looking for a forever patient/loving owner who is willing to give him time to adjust and open up in his new home. He is a shy boy once he gets more comfortable he will come out of his shell and start to show more of his true personality.
