About Juniper

Juniper is a sweet, softly sturdy pup with a quiet confidence that makes him instantly endearing. He’s not towering or imposing — instead, he carries himself with a gentle presence that feels comforting rather than overwhelming. His build is solid and well-proportioned, giving him a look of quiet strength, but it’s his calm demeanor and warm, expressive eyes that truly define him. He moves with a relaxed grace, never in a hurry, always content to be near the people he loves. What sets Juniper apart is his deep affection for cuddling — he doesn’t just tolerate it, he seeks it out. He’ll nuzzle his head against your leg, curl up beside you on the couch, or rest his chin on your knee with a sigh of pure contentment. He’s the kind of dog who seems to understand when you need quiet companionship, and he offers it without asking for anything in return. His cuddles are soft, warm, and deeply soothing — the kind that make you feel safe and cherished. Juniper adores people — not in a hyperactive or demanding way, but with a quiet, steady loyalty. He’s happy to greet new faces with a wagging tail and a curious sniff, always polite and never pushy. He’s especially good with kids, showing patience and gentle curiosity, and he gets along beautifully with other pets too. His calm nature makes him easy to manage in any home, whether it’s a quiet apartment or a bustling family house. For anyone seeking a loving, low-key companion who thrives on connection and comfort, Juniper is an ideal match. He’s not flashy or loud — he’s the quiet joy in your day, the warm weight beside you on the couch, the steady friend who’s always there, ready to love.

Buster

Border Collie × Labrador Retriever

male
|11 months
Lane County, Oregon, US

Buster is a 4 month old Border collie lab mix, and he is a delight of a puppy. We love him dearly but recently moved into an apartment, and don’t have the time he deserves, nor does he have the space he needs, considering his breed and energy. He is very trainable and working on house training, and is great with kids, cats, and other dogs. He has been to training classes and is really an amazing dog. We are so heartbroken to have to say goodbye, but are really excited for him to have a yard and a loving family to grow up in.

Chief - Border Collie | Petmeetly

Chief

Border Collie

male
|5 years, 7 months
San Luis Obispo County, California, US

Chief is a fun, goofy, and affectionate dog. He loves walks and being outside. He was born as a stray "boonie dog" on the island of Guam and was adopted when he was about 1 year old. Because of his history, he has some anxiety around new places and people and should not be placed in a home where there are young children. He generally gets along well with other dogs after an initial introduction. Chief would do well in a home where he can receive lots of love and affection. He is house and crate trained and does fine in the home for longer periods of time if he can get a good walk and snuggles at the end of the day. The reason for rehoming is that he does not do well around children.
