About Fred
Fred is an AKC certified (#HP60290703) purebred basset hound located in Tucker, GA. He is a “blanket-back” tricolor and is quite lean and energetic for a basset hound. He has a heart of gold and is wonderful with children and other animals. We are more interested in breeding for the purpose of keeping one of his puppies than we are a stud fee, so we are flexible and willing to negotiate. Photos have been chosen to not only show Fred’s physical characteristics but also his personality and our love and life with him, as he is truly a beloved family member and we wish the same for his puppies.

Herb
Basset Hound
Very sweet, lots of humorous personality, and playful but loves to cuddle. He’s a curious dog, well behaved dog and loves cuddling with his cat sister. He’s friendly with other dogs, and always the star of the show in social settings. Herb was adopted at 8 weeks old, and has been treated as our child since then. He has a proper human name to follow the theme of his parents, Norman and Bertha!

Waylon
Basset Hound
Waylon is the sweetest guy ever! Very well mannered never once showed any ounce of aggression or food aggression. He loves kids and other animals. He isn’t a runner like most hounds he stays right where I am.

Sterling
Basset Hound
Sterling – AKC Registered Basset Hound About Sterling Sterling is a 1-year-old AKC-registered Basset Hound weighing about 45–50 pounds. He’s a classic tricolor with a lean, muscular build that fits the breed standard well. Sterling is friendly, energetic, confident, and a bit independent — everything you’d expect from a good-natured, working-line basset. Temperament Sterling has a great personality: he’s outgoing with people and other dogs, highly food-motivated, and quick to learn. He has done some in-home service dog training for cardiac alert and POTS, showing excellent focus and no resource guarding. He’s confident in new environments and loves using his nose — whether it’s following a trail or finding hidden treats. Health Sterling has not yet had formal health testing but is up-to-date on veterinary care and vaccinations. We’re willing to complete health testing if needed depending on breeding plans. Responsible breeding is important to us, and we aim to produce healthy, well-tempered puppies.
