Dallas - Male 5-Year-Old Australian Shepherd for Adoption in Maricopa County, AZ

"My husband & I purchased Noah from a guy who lived across the street from us. His brother breeds Australian Shepherds and Noah and his sister were the only ones left. We usually adopt but Noah and his sister kept escaping his backyard. So we were afraid they’d get hit by a car. So we bought them. They’re both 5 years old. My husband & I are getting divorced and I have moved out of our house. I am living with my sister and cannot have them live with me as my nephew & brother in law are allergic to dogs. My husband hits Noah and his sister when he’s angry or they do something he doesn’t like. I want them to have a home where they’re not scared all the time and don’t get hit. They would do best in a home where the owners live an active lifestyle. Their breed needs lots of exercise. So if you hike, run, or anything active they would be excellent companions. I would prefer they be adopted together as they’ve been together all their lives. Her name is Sophie."

She is Kraven’s sister. She has beautiful black and white hair with small brown hair ontop of her eyebrow area giving her a look of bushy eyebrows. She loves to play but is a biter. In the process of potty training with minimum accidents. Crate trained and loves to nap.

Zara is very energetic, kind and loving! She loves to have a lot of attention and run around in the grass. She knows commands such as sit, lay down, paw, kisses, when you tell her no. She does have separation anxiety. So she will want to be with you and near you all the time. She will come with bed, treats, food, collar, leash, harness, bowls, toys.

I adopted bandit from a friend when he was just 5 weeks old. He has been loved and fully trained since then. He needs a lot of exercise so he's taking on walks regularly. He does well with my other dog. However, when we take her on walks he likes to bark at them and pull on the leash. I need to rehome him because I am going through a divorce and I need to relocate and I cannot bring him with me unfortunately. He needs a home with a family who can give him all the attention and love that he needs. He loves kids and would do great with a family or with a person who's just willing to take on a new best friend who loves adventure.
