Cowboy comes from a long lineage of award winning field Golden Retrievers. Although I did not decide to train him as a bird dog, his genetics and purpose is to retrieve. Solid docile temperament, very athletic, loves the water, and is good with his cattle, hence the name Cowboy. Great in the kennel and loves his humans. He is also surprisingly not very food driven, so great with young kids.
