We've had max since he was a puppy. He's very loyal to us, as his owners but struggles with some separation anxiety, so he prefers to stay close to us when we are home with him. He loves to sit next to us and be petted or loved on. He is very energetic and playful. He is highly territorial towards other animals outside his own household. He knows to use training pads if inside when he needs to use the bathroom but will often hold it until taken outside.
