About Bear
Bear has lived in Nunavut all his life. He is an indoor dog, very calm, very friendly. He freaks out at other dogs because he just wants to get close to them to play. I have brought him to off leash parks and he does great. Heals when called or coaxed with treats. His favorite treats are Cheerios. Due to his anxiety and desperate need to see other dogs he seems to be getting worse and has to stay indoors at all the camp grounds we’ve visited. We are recently retired and have been travelling across Canada and want to continue to do so. So long as we have ‘Bear’ it limits us on how far we can go on our journey. He would be awesome with anyone who just wants a companion. Knows tons of tricks, is still very healthy and loves to just stay close to home and veg out on the couch or on his bed.

Chewbaca is one of the most sweetest pups i have ever met. he is so shy and sweet yet he loves when you give him treats as he does his little dance with each one of them. He is protective and playful once you rile him up. he loves his other two companions my father is caring for at the moment. "Two miniature Australian shepherds, Thatcher is 12 years old blue harlequin, Atlas is 10 years old red harlequin. They are both house trained and good with kids and because of their age they don't like having other dogs in their space. Due to a divorce and having to move into a townhouse in the city I unfortunately can't provide the life they deserve. I also have to travel frequently for work. They have never had any health issues and are both in incredible shape. Everyone who meets them are surprised by their age. They are indoor dogs but need a large yard or acreage to explore so a townhouse just doesn't work. Must go together. Will only give them to someone who is willing to do a meet and greet at their home to ensure they go to someone who is a good fit."
