Tobias is a bright character! He is an excellent cuddle buddy. Tobias will have so much fun with kids, and other animals. He is 11 months old, black/white, male, American cocker spaniel, full breed. His DOB is 8•4•23 He is chiped but he his in need of a round of shots and he is not fixed. We love him with all are hearts but we are unable to care for him in a way he fully deserves. He has flees and ear problems, however I have all his flee and tick shampoo and ear medication ready for use! He is so funny and he has a way of making you fall inlove with his puppy dog eyes! Lots of walks, love, time, and play is all he craves! (And your treats😋)
