Sebastian is a clingy dog. He wants to be wherever you are, always within eyesight. He prefers sleeping on the bed with us than in his own bed. He is on the lower spectrum energy wise. He has high energy when he has space to run but is okay just relaxing throughout the day. He doesn’t full understand playing outside of tag but tries his best. He loves fetch even though he rarely brings it back
