Siberian Husky Male Dog for Socialization in Idaho

He is very high energy. He gets along well with my husky but she’s older and doesn’t want to play with him. He has a bad habit of nipping the back legs of other dogs and he tends to scream (not aggressively) just excited husky things. I just need to find a way to help him channel his energy and I feel like him playing with another high energy dog would settle him down.
