Why rehoming the pet

We are rehoming this pet due to our apartment complex only allowing service animals , we have been threatened with legal action if she is not removed within the next week or so . We also were unaware that she was being dropped off to us . We had adopted a male to become a service animal and were completely blindsided when there were two kennels at our door instead of just one .
