Why rehoming the pet

We wan to rehome Payton due to not being home very often. The dog was left in our care due to family heath concerns. We work 9-10h days and we can see a negative affect on her. She needs a home where she can get a lot of attention and not be left for so long. It’s not fair to her to be alone all that time without being able to go to the bathroom or have any human/animal interaction. She’s older but we want the rest of her life to be fulfilled instead of spent alone
