Kobe had surgery on his back left leg for a luxating patella when he was about 2 or 3 years old. He was on thyroid medication two years ago but his thyroid levels have been steady ever since and no longer has to take medication for it.

Pet's current living environment

Indoor pet, but loves playing outdoors and laying in the grass.

Type of food and how much exercise does it get daily?

Dry food/kibble only. Walks 3 times per day.

Why rehoming the pet

I recently was hired for a new position that will require me to travel, too often to the point where I will not be able to provide the care and responsibility for Kobe. It is a very difficult situation for me and I do not have any family or friends that are able to help out or assist with Kobe. I would hate to take him to a shelter and am reaching out to you to see what you recommend or have any suggestions. Kobe is super friendly and loving.
