This is KC, she is a 9yo purebred Walker Treeing hound. Unfortunately due to our family growing and some issues with our other older female dog we have made the difficult decision to rehome her. KC is a very smart, stubborn and determined dog. She is house and crate trained, she is an amazing watch dog and she does well with other dogs with a proper introduction. Her nose gets her into trouble and she will counter surf and dig through the trash if left unattended. KC would do best in a home without small children (she’s not aggressive she is just not aware of how big she is and knocks them over) in her hunting dog nature she would also do best in a home without small animals or dominant dogs. We are looking for someone with experience with the breed or someone who is up for the challenge of working with her and wants to really love her for the rest of her days.
