About Ceasar
Ceasar was the result of a breeder of champion Chihuahua and Pomeranians there was an accident so his father was a chi ànd his mother was a pom he is very used to being with myself and my wife I take him with me every where. He looks more like a long haired chi but his temperament is Pomeranian he has never snapped or been mean although when we play I think he doesn't realize he is so small.
