Carter is a very sweet dog. He's high energy, talkative and loves to play. Carter is friendly with everyone. He loves people and attention. He's good with cats and other dogs. Carter needs a large yard or farm to live on. Plus my old man dog has started to try and attack him. I can't have that. I need to make sure Carter is safe. He needs a loving forever home.
