Pet's current living environment

He is currently living indoors, he only goes outside to go potty and to have mild exercise for instance running or playing catch, then he’ll come inside the house again until next potty time.

Type of food and how much exercise does it get daily?

He eats Racheal Ray Nutrish or something similar to that brand. He also eats 1-2wk some homemade food that includes chicken, vegetables etc. He is mild to moderate, he loves to be active outside playing with his ball.
