Lovely with family and strangers entering the house. Always had people coming in and out. Sometimes he wants to be left alone but will communicate with a soft growl, my Akita is very independent and likes his space. Very tolerant with kids but again will give a soft growl to let them know when they’ve overstepped. We’ve let him do this to form an aspect of respect in the kids. He’s never acted out and always listens when we step in. Good on walks but gets alert with certain dogs in the area (friends and foes I guess) and foxes ofc. But he is very attentive and I keep him working for rewards on the walk. Never had any health concerns and is an overall big happy baby. Get in touch for any questions.
