Why rehoming the pet

Marshall was originally adopted from a shelter by my friend. They had compatibility issues with their dog accepting Marshall into their home so they rehomed him to me. He was has settled in well with our pit bull and child. However, he is very fearful of new people and requires training that I am unable to provide. He tends to bark at newcomers and has nipped out of fear when approached. We have a small child and frequent visitors, and I worry about potential incidents. Marshall is a 4-year-old sweet dog who is fully potty trained, playful, and would thrive in a suitable environment, but I lack the time to help him overcome his fearful behaviors. He’s a wonderful dog who just needs the right home where he can receive the guidance he needs!
