About Turk
Hi there! My name is Turk, and I’m a 6-year-old guardian dog looking for a new place to call home. I’ve been living on a farm most of my life, watching over livestock and making sure everyone’s safe—that’s what I do best. I’m a gentle soul, especially around kids, and I’ve got a big heart for people, too. I’m calm, friendly, and love to be part of whatever’s going on around me. Recently, we moved from the wide-open spaces I love to a smaller home with a tiny yard, and I’m just not as happy as I used to be. I’m really hoping to find a home with room to roam, where I can keep doing what I do best: looking out for others and being there for my family. I’m up-to-date on my vaccinations but am due for my next round. Oh, and one more thing—I’m not much for being indoors. I’m an outdoor dog through and through, so if you’re looking for someone to cozy up with on the couch, that’s probably not me. I’d be happiest outside, keeping an eye on things and making sure everyone’s safe. If you think I’d be a good fit for your farm or large property, I’d love to meet you.
