Are you looking for a hypoallergenic running and hiking buddy? We are looking for the right person and a committed home for Gracie. This person should be an experienced and dedicated dog lover. Gracie is an almost 2.5-year-old moyen (medium) sized AKC tri-color phantom parti, who has been fully genetic health tested and clear of all diseases through [Company Name], as well as had her preliminary OFA Hips, elbows, heart, and thyroid all done. She is up to date on shots and dewormings. Full AKC rights available. Gracie is fully crate and potty trained. She gets daily walks and needs an experienced dog owner so she will not revert back to her instinct to pull on leash. With the Easy Walker harness she does very well. We spend the first five to 10 mins of the walk doing start stop exercises with treats to get her full attention on us when we walk her. She very loving, affectionate, alert, and attentive. She has higher side of energy, playful, always interested in what you are doing, and up for an adventure. So if you don’t want a, cuddly and involved new best friend who loves walks and hikes, she would not be the right dog for you. Gracie gets along well with children and most other dogs, but we have a more submissive dog that we’ve had longer and Gracie sometimes picks on her. She is great with our other two dogs. If you have a confident and chill older dog, it could definitely work. We continue to work on her not jumping — she is doing very well, but forgets sometimes if you’re not on it. She knows sit, come, go to your bed (for the crate), lie down, off, and place for her comfy bed. She would do really well with agility training or fun Saturday mornings at [Company Name].
