Cece
Golden Retriever
Cece is a 6 year old fixed female. She still has a lot of energy! She is current on all her shots and has paperwork. She is truly a wonderful dog! She is crate/house and potty trained. She does have some anxiety and does like to stay around people. So for any off leash letting outside or going for walks she stays nearby. She is strictly indoor - I would not want her to go to a home that intends to keep her as an outside dog. She is kid, cat, and dog friendly. Unfortunately we no longer have a larger size vehicle to take her on hikes and walks and cannot fit her in our tiny car with the newborn. She really loves her walks/hikes and swimming! She also no longer has my parents 2 golden retrievers as companions to play with anymore (one is too old now and the other passed away from cancer a couple years ago). I would really love for her to go to a home that has time to properly groom and exercise her as she is still a very super playful girl. We currently have been having a groomer shave her this past year - It was easiest to have her shaved since we haven’t been able to keep up with grooming at home. With her currently being shaved she has developed some skin irritation and scabbing (she is allergic but does not bother her when her hair is grown in) from rolling in grass. The vet has said just treat with typical over the counter Benadryl until her hair can grow back in to protect the skin.
